Dogwood Trailblazers Springfield Walk

You will drive about 1/2 mile to walk start point at Sequiota Park after registering. Five km trail follows Galloway Creek Greenway trail south. New 10km trail goes north on the Greenway trail and through beautiful Southern Hills residential area. Some moderate hills on this trail. Restrooms available at the registration point but may not be available at the walk start point during winter months.
Location: Signal Convenience Store, 2810 E. Battlefield From I-44 West, exit 69 onto The James River Freeway / Hwy 60 and drive approximately 16 miles to Hwy 65. North on Hwy 65 to Battlefield Rd. Turn left (west) on Battlefield at the light at the end of the ramp. At light, after railroad track, left on Lone Pine Road and immediate left into parking for “Half-a-Hill” Center where Signal Store is located. Fro I-44 East, Exit 82A, south on Hwy 65 6.3 miles to Battlefield Road. Turn right (west) on Battlefield Road and proceed as above.
